I've been doing this for years thanks to Holistic Habbits here on YouTube! You should check out her vids they're great. I do it with raspberries and I used Manuka honey instead of maple syrup for added health benefits

This is about as simple as you can get: slice up some strawberrys, sprinkle with sugar, let sit in the fridge for a half hour. lightly crush ritz crackers and pour the strawberries over the crackers.
Or you can buy a premade pie crust, sprinkle with salt lightly and bake till golden brown break up and pour the strawberries over that.

This looks great! Thanks for sharing. I recently figured out how to make a really good chocolate spread with just equal parts cocoa powder and honey. It takes a few seconds to mix, and it goes really well on anything. I'll bet it will taste great with this jam on toast.

Thanks!! Raspberries are so good for this jam, too. I've made the jam but when the berries are sweet enough, don't need additional sweetener, otherwise add stevia sweetener to taste. I mash the fixture with a fork: 1 cup berries (frozen or fresh), 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon water (if needed). In the fridge for 1 hour, then ready. I like this on a waffle.
