We see adverts for these wonderful looking spreads that are full of sugar, full of added fillers which are detrimental to our health and are LOADED with carbs. Well now you have a healthy alternative to Nutella which tastes just as good, is low in carbs, and fits in with a keto, ketogenic, banting or lchf lifestyle! This keto nutella will blow you away! You won’t believe how easy it is to make this lchf nutella / banting nutella.
So what are the vital stats of this low carb chocolate hazelnut spread? Well, it only has a few ingredients and this keto chocolate hazelnut spread can be made in under 20minutes! There are hardly any dishes to clean up after making this lchf chocolate hazelnut spread; and this banting chocolate hazelnut spread taste amazing (did I mention that!) Seriously guys, I couldn’t be more excited to share this ketogenic nutella recipe with you all!
This low carb recipe also has the added advantage of being extremely flexible in that you can choose how thick or thin you want your low carb nutella to be. Now you can make it thicker by simply using more hazelnuts and/or less nut oil. Or you can do as I did with this keto nutella and add some psyllium husk with using the same quantities and let it stand in the fridge. This will give this lchf free nutella an amazing texture very similar to nutella.

As always with my keto receipes / low carb recipes, this is a sugar free nutella.

This keto nutella make the absolute best low carb spread / keto spread. What is better than an lchf spread / banting spread / ketogenic spread which you put on anything (bread, crackers, as a dip for some fruit like strawberries) and are just absolutely tasty! These are also gluten free and grain free so they fit anyone trying to avoid those!

3/4 cup Hazelnuts, Toasted and Husks removed (115 g / 4 oz)
2 Tablespoon Nut Oil or Avocado Oil (60ml)
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (15g)
2 Tablespoon of a Sweetener
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Pinch Salt
½ teaspoon Psyllium Husk (optional HIGHLY recommended)

Macros per whole recipe:
Calories: 1003cal
Fat: 98g
Net Carbs: 10g (26g carbs – 16g fibre)
Protein: 17g

Macros per 20 servings:
Calories: 50cal
Fat: 5g
Net Carbs: 0.5g (1.3g carbs – 0.8g fibre)
Protein: 0.85g

Macros per 40 servings:
Calories: 25cal
Fat: 2.5g
Net Carbs: 0.25g (0.65g carbs – 0.4g fibre)
Protein: 0.4g
