    Make sure when you count your carbs, you are subtracting the fiber. Four instance the Ghirardelli chocolate has 5 carbs but 2 fiber. So it's 3 net carbs and that is the amount you count.

    Your hauls look great! Just be careful with the milk. That is not keto friendly. Very high in carbs because milk is loaded with sugar. Have you tried almond milk, cashew milk, or coconut milk?

    I started on low carb again and yesterday I had bacon and eggs for breakfast, grilled chicken salad for lunch and a bunless burger with salad for dinner. I need to up my veggies though… trying to 'like' cauliflower lol
