Almond Bun Recipe | KETO Low Carb Diet | Bread Substitute

Thanks for clicking on this video on how to make keto almond buns.
I love this recipe. I tried to keep it relatively lower in calories by not adding fat in the way of oil or butter to the mix. If you find them too dry for your liking add a tablespoon or two of fat and you’ll be set.

Almond Buns

1 1/2 cup Almond flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 oz mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs
4 Tablespoons sour cream
(salt, pepper,and sesame seeds optional)

blend all ingredients together
divide evenly into as many servings as you’d like and shape as you’d wish
bake at 375 degrees F for about 15 minutes.

My recipe made 6 servings

9.7g Protein
6.6g Carbs
3g Fiber

Ok girl, I just made these muffin tops and they turned out beautifully? I. Made three of them savory by sprinkling garlic & herb seasoning on top and the remaining I sprinkled pumpkin pie spice on them. Can you say Yum?

hello .. I think you gave really good advice..on not doing these kind of recipes when you're just starting like myself. I can see this triggering my bread addiction again. so ty ..I was set on making these and I think I'll wait a few months. awesome as always Michelle. p.s. your mom is so cute!

Thank you so much for your videos, I have watched many of them! I have been wanting to make keto pizza and when I saw this recipe I knew that these would be perfect. I just made the buns, added some Italian seasoning and garlic powder. ***Just a tip I learned from another video, put your eggs in hot water to bring them to room temp and the batter will be much easier to work with. I also stretched them into 9 servings and it worked perfect in the whoopie pan. They just came out of the oven and taste great! Later tonight I'm going to use them to make the mini pepperoni pizzas for me and my hubby. Yummy!!

Oh I wanted to add, for the pan (which I love), I couldn't find it anywhere. Last stop was ACMoore, they have it, it's a whoope pie pan and I used the 50% off coupon – it only cost me $6.00.

I was wondering if you are able to do a video on how you add your food on my fitness pal… Maybe an example on how you add the recipes you do and stuff? I love your videos you definitely inspired me! Keep calm and keto on ❤️

These look really good! A little to good for me actually. I have a really hard time going easy with carb-a-like recipes. I used them for a long time especially keto biscuits and gravy, it was a staple every Sunday morning, but I would ALWAYS eat to much, lol.
