I love this recipe. I tried to keep it relatively lower in calories by not adding fat in the way of oil or butter to the mix. If you find them too dry for your liking add a tablespoon or two of fat and you’ll be set.
1 1/2 cup Almond flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 oz mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs
4 Tablespoons sour cream
(salt, pepper,and sesame seeds optional)
blend all ingredients together
divide evenly into as many servings as you’d like and shape as you’d wish
bake at 375 degrees F for about 15 minutes.
