    I googled about "fizy unique plan" & started following this instruction minutely. The result had been fairly amazing. You would likely be shocked to find out that I lost about 9.5 lbs just simply in a few days.

    BEFORE I EVEN WATCHED THIS VIDEO, I AUTOMATICALLY KNEW SHE WOULD HAVE LOST BETWEEN 6-8LBS. YOU KNOW HOW?

    THAT WEIGHT LOSS IS ALL THE GLYCOGEN AND WATER THAT IS USED TO STORE IT BEING LOST. I SEE THIS INITIAL 6-8LBS LOSS ALL THE TIME WITH THE ATKINS AND HIGH-FAT CROWD. EVER WONDERED WHY JENNY STOPPED POSTING AFTER APRIL 2015??? DID YOU SEE THE LAST VIDEO SHE POSTED CHRONICLING HER MOOD SWINGS??? HER ADRENAL GLANDS ARE CRYING FOR SOME CARBS!!!

    THIS TYPE OF DIET IS NOT SUSTAINABLE IN THE LONG TERM PEOPLE. YOU NEED TO GO HIGH CARB LOW FAT VEGAN!!!

    The low carb diet is dangerous and puts the body into starvation.  Carbs do not make you fat, high carb, low fat vegans and invidiauls eating plenty of fruit or plant-based are very LEAN and have even reversed type 2 diabetes!  Please watch this video —

    Its still surprises me, how lots of people are not aware about Fenoboci Diet Plan, even though a lot of people get good results with it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about Fenoboci Diet Plan, I've lost lots of weight with it without starving myself.

    Confused about one thing… Why on earth would you have a muffin during your first week of LCHF? Seems counterproductive even if you showed a weight loss for the week. What's the story with the muffin which generally is not allowed during week 1?

    Todd is right,  your body will soon resist all this low carb stuff

    and when it does listen to it

    A diet full of saturated fats like ham and cheese can lead to diabetes

    and heart disease 

    low carb is fine as long as there is some fibre from ex:

    apples, whole oranges, grains, potatoes 

    just drop the bread and you'll be fine

    I have type 2 diabetes. My doctor has been telling me for a few years to eat low carb. Here's my problem: I will eat low carb for breakfast and lunch, but I usually blow all my will power at dinner. Dinner is so hard for me to eat low carb because my husband likes to eat out.
