    I assume you must keep these refrigerated, or the coconut oil will liquefy.┬á That is why it might be better to use cocoa butter, instead of coconut oil.┬á I would think that cocoa butter is also healthy….but it is expensive!┬á Maybe a blend of coconut oil and cocoa butter?´╗┐

    Do you have s great low carb bread?? The breads I see on YouTube that have almond or coconut flour , has a strange consistency and taste isn't good! I was thinking about psyllium husk but not sure! Ty´╗┐
