Avocado is a quick and easy healthy meal for breakfast or a midday snack. Best of all, it’s delicious! Watch this video to see how nutritionist Kelly LeVeque makes two types of avocado toast: one for vegans, one for paleo diets. We promise you’ll love both of them!

Toast vegan-friendly bread slices
2 TBSP Sliced tomatoes
1 TSP Dill
2 TBSP Cashew Cheese
2 TBSP Sliced avocado
Mash avocado on top of bread
Layer ingredients on top
Add 1 TBSP Broccoli Sprouts
Finish with a pinch of sea salt

2 TBSP Mashed Avocado
Spread on top of gluten-free bread
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Pinch of turmeric
1 TBSP of MCT Oil drizzled on top
1/2 TSP Sea salt

    just because it's gluten free doesn't make it paleo. you really got to read those ingredients there is a lot of fillers and binders in gluten free products that can be just horrible for you.i fell for the same thing when I started this lifestyle. for instance tapioca starch can raise your blood pressure faster and higher than eating candy bars :(
