☞ Ingredients

¼ cup finely chopped cashews
¼ cup shredded coconut
8 scoops whey protein (natural)
½ tsp vanilla essence
60 g VitaFiber

☞ Instructions

1. First, prepare the VitaFiber: dissolve 12 scoops into 6 tbsp of hot water.
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
3. Shape the mixture into a rectangular shape on a non-stick surface.
4. Cool in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
5. Cut into equal sized bars and enjoy these low-carb bars anytime of the day!
