If you’re a guy on the Paleo Diet here is a great recipe for you to try. It’s super simple and quick. Bon apetit!

= Ingredients
– 1 Green Bell Pepper
– 1 Red Bell Pepper
– 1 Medium Onion
– Salt & Pepper
– Olive Oil
– Steak (Top Sirloin in video)

= Things You’ll Need
– Cutting Board
– Frying Pan
– Cooking Knife

Step 1: Slice 1/2 of each of the bell peppers and onion

Step 2: Season your beef with salt and pepper

Step 3: Turn your cook top on to medium heat and add two tablespoons of olive oil. Add your pepper and onion slices and cook for about 3 minutes.

Step 4: Remove peppers and onions and add in two more tablespoons of oil. Cook your steak for about two minutes on each side.

Step 5: Slice your steak

Step 6: Add your steak, onions, and peppers back into the frying pan and cook until meat is done to your liking.
