This week’s goals: 20-30 carbs a day. My food videos are posted about 3-4 days later because I have a lot of videos prerecorded and ready to post first.
For those curious, I was trying other programs for a long time and I didn’t have the results I was hoping for. I am now counting my carbs and the weight loss has improved A LOT. I also find that LCHF/Keto controls my cravings and hunger. It’s like a cravings and hunger switch has been turned off.
