Healthy Peanut Butter Protein Cookies
  • Two (2) large eggs
  • One (1) tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Stevia (or any sugar substitute)
  • 3/4 cup Vanilla whey protein (or any flavorede whey protein)
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  1.  Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2.  Mix eggs, vanilla extract, Stevia, whey protein, and peanut butter thoroughly.
  3.  Line cookie sheet with foil and apply a thin layer of cooking spray.
  4.  Roll the dough into balls and lay on the cookie sheet.
  5.  Flatten the dough balls with a fork.
  6.  Bake for 6 minutes.
