Pro – It's easy to follow a low carb diet – the variety of foods can keep you satisfied.

Con – The foods you need to eat on a low carbohydrate diet can get expensive.

Pro – Low carb diets will get your cravings under control.

Con – You will go through withdrawals eating no or low carb foods only.

Pro – You will see faster weight loss when you eat low to no carbohydrate foods all the time.

Con – Low carb diets are harder to follow during special events, holidays and occasions when there are only high carb foods available.

Pro – Low carb diet are very effective for weight loss.

Con – To succeed on a low carbohydrate diet, you must have strong willpower.

Pro – Your immune system will improve with a low carbohydrate diet.

Con – Too many saturated fats are bad for the health of your heart.

Pro – You learn to eat healthier by ridding your body of carbs.

Con – Some carbs are not bad – complex carbs have nutritional value.

Pro – You will get high protein and can still enjoy eating the meats you love.

Con – People who are vegetarian will have trouble getting all the nutrition they need since they do not eat meat.
