Paleo Bread is an easy gluten-free bread recipe with just 9 ingredients –toss ingredients into a food processor, dump in a pan, and bake. No separating eggs, or water baths. Paleo bread is delicious for sandwiches, or toasted with a side of eggs. We keep this bread on hand at all times cause it's so darn good. After you bake it, cool overnight, then wrap in a paper towel and plastic bag. It will keep for a week when stored this way.
