    I believe that while many say "no grains" in a ketogenic diet, the basic description of the ketogenic diet is to be in Ketosis, so if you are doing low carb, high fat, moderate protein and in ketosis, you are doing a keto diet. As I just stated in my most recent Keto Countdown Vlog, everyone has to find their own way of doing Keto. Do you friend people on My Fitness Pal?     This is such an informative vlog, Ania. I would love to see a video of your grocery haul and what you eat throughout the day, and I hope that it is a very long video!. I did great a few years back when I cut out all processed foods. Well, i did have a couple slices of ezekiel bread every other day but that was as processed as my food was. I too, did not exercise at first because I felt that with a new diet and exercise, it would just be too much for me to handle. So, after I got down to my target weight, I started doing some fun cardio dvd's. Mind you, I fell back into some of my old eating habits over the past 3-4 years but I make better choices now (usually). I think this is why I love watching youtube cooking videos so much and it may sound weird to some but it somehow satisfies my cravings to watch someone cook. Even when I was little I used to read my mothers volumes of cook books for hours and eventually loved to cook. I don't cook as much now since meals for myself and the kids are more out of necessity rather than pleasure but one day that will change I hope. I did make your polish dill pickle soup tonight for dinner and it was a hit!´╗┐

    I apologize in advance! I tried all the diets because they seemed so sensible. The Zone, described by Dr. Sears, is a stunner. It is the science of what eat and you can eat what your family eats. Just read about it for the heck or it and think about what he says. Keep up the good work you are doing and realize it is not about calories or discipline.´╗┐

    I'm interested in what you are eating that is low carb, what are the main staples to your diet.

    I'm diabetic and on insulin. I lost around 60 pounds when I went gluten free 2 years ago. Then I cheated on the gluten free diet and gained about 30 pounds back.

    I am, as of a week ago, back to strictly eating gluten free again. I have a gluten allergy and feel horrible when I eat any gluten containing foods.

    I cannot eat any artificial sweeteners so that makes dieting difficult for me. I need my chocolate fix as well as occasional cookies/cakes fix.

    Could you please do a video showing what you are eating that doesn't have artificial sweeteners but is low carb?´╗┐

    you sound like me over the years. And now when I my parents passed away 4 years ago I gained sooo much weight now I can not lose anything. Also when I was pregnant with my pregnancies I gained a lot of weight with my youngest I gained 60lbs and I am only 5 foot short. That is why I am looking for a good diet program´╗┐
