Atkins Diet Recipes: Low Carb Cheese Crisps (IF)

** Recipe included in my new low carb, gluten free cookbook, Low Carbing Among Friends. Please check it out at our website @ **
In partnership with FaveDiets ( recipe site, I continue down my low carb snack recipe video series to satisfy some of the requests. This obviously Induction Friendly recipe is a simple “need a snack now” recipe. They do however keep really well in the fridge for at least a few days and work well as a replacement for chips with dips (salsa, guacamole, sour cream dips).

When it comes to eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diets are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should look up Fenoboci Diet Plan on google since it isn't just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

Thank you!!!!! I have tried to do these in the oven and it never turns out right. I can't believe all it took was parchment paper and a minute and a half in the microwave to make these.

hi i tried making these with parmesan and they are awesome. good for when you get cravings for pizza. my tips is sprinkle them with a pinch of mixed dried herbs when they are cooled. they are great with a low carb salsa.

wow i am so happy i found your videos! I am going to make these for sure! I think even my husband who is Not on Atkins would love these too, i like the idea of trying some mushroom or pepperoni on top too. I'm on induction so any recipes you can suggest would be appreciated! Ps: I think you need your own cooking show! hahaha!

Having seen the movie and read the book Thinner by Stephen King, I had this same fear. The good news is the body doesn't want to go below a certain body fat percentage and start consuming lean body mass, so if you continue to eat enough fats and proteins, it will normalize the weight eventually to a natural weight.

I have been following you and your recipes here on youtube, thanks for posting! I have a question for you…..this might sound dumb but….when you eat this way and start losing weight, how does you body know when to STOP losing weight. (assuming you keep eating this way). This confuses me.

that was great! could you put some mushrooms and pepperoni , that has been sorta fried in the pan, after the cheese comes out, and make that into a pizza, and how many carbs and could you use it on the induction? i love watching your videos! just started the atkins a few days ago, this makes it so fun! thanks!
