My recommendations for anyone wanting to get fit + stay fit + gain muscle + burn fat is 10g of carbs per kg of bodyweight per day MINIMUM (even on days off) and 1g of carbs per kg of bodyweight per hour when you’re out training. I personally drink enough water so Im pizz’n at least 10 times a day CLEAR and a few times a night. If my urine is yellow or straw, I just knock back a quart and Im good to go.

    And some ppl make it by eating raw chicken and meat other by drinking a shit ton of protien shakes and working there ass off and ppl like my brother who eat whatever and look trim as fukk when i was eating whatever and fat as fuck. It all depends in the person I'm starting to see that.

    It also depends on the digestion also. Usually it is the cooked food that body can't manage. With fruits your appetite determines how much fuel you need, but at first you have the get accustomized with the different food load needed when going from processed food to fruit based diet.
