How to make:
1. Add all of your ingredients aside from your Marinara and Mozzarella in a bowl and mix them together
2. Take out a pan, place some parchment paper on it for each clean up, and shape your meatballs however big you want them
3. Bake them on 350F/176C for 20 minutes
4. Place your cooked meatballs into a small baking dish (so they are somewhat snug)
5. Spoon on your Marinara Sauce
6. Place a little Mozzarella Cheese onto each meatball
7. Bake them again on 350F/176C for 15-20 minutes or until your cheese is golden brown

Tip: The leaner the ground beef or turkey you use is, the less fat your recipe will have in it (obviously)!

Use a spicy marinara sauce!

for those of us who can't eat as much (wls people) you could halve the size of the balls. i would serve them on some ricotta cheese with more marinara for added protein or if you want veggies maybe some Italian cauliflower rice. or just by themselves!
great recipes, keep up the good work!

Mince meat, don't know why it makes me consume so much larger quantities, preferably with pasta…that's why I don't get how you can be on low carb yet introduce meat-balls in your menu…I could not eat them without lots and lots of carbohydrates.
