    high estrogen = increased risk of obesity, breast cancer, heart disease, ovarian cancer, stroke etc. Look it up.

    We want HEALTHY levels of estrogen. Not too much, not to little.

    Yes, all movement helps. Also make yourself sit up straight at your desk. Get your desk/chair set up perfectly for long hours on the computer. Essential for reducing repetitive stress injuries and pulled muscles.

    She looks fat and unhealthy on the left. On the right she looks right on. I mean most people's idea of what is a healthy physique is so warped and distorted. There is an enormous world of difference between someone who is anorexic (go look it up) and Freelee. You can see she is simply lacking excess fat, but has good muscle tone and balanced physique – looks healthy therefore attractive.

    I've always preferred a bit of weight (not obese, just some flesh) on the female form too. But for my wife, once her body heals from years of food abuse (she just started on a plant-based whole food low fat high carb lifestyle), I'll be so thrilled that she's radiantly healthy, that I have absolutely zero doubt my "tastes" will change. Tastes are based upon perceptions, and we have the power to change them.

    Seeds (mostly hemp, flax and lupin), many sprouted Seeds, nuts, many vegetables and fruits. I often do raw food cracker and Banana protein drinks. You may check out my channel for more information. I am ectomorph, so for me it is hard to gain weight. 80/10/10 probably is the best diet for mesomorph and endomorph body types.

    Well, I think on the contrary that it's all about the ratio ! Read the book and you'll know why 80, why 10 and why 10. Moreover, if you're eating this way, you'll more likely be around 90/5/5. BTW, how do you get 15% of proteins on a raw vegan diet (SAD eaters are around 15-20%) ?

    Ever seen a wild animal eat? They all get a belly after a meal. Thats normal and healthy. Go to bed like budha, wake up like ghandi.

    The stronger your abs though and the better posture you have, the flatter your stomach will be relative to yourself.

    I could literally eat 30lbs of melon in a day and still have a flat stomach cos I have strong abs and good posture. But if I let it relax, I could blow out a baby belly in 2 seconds.

    ITS ALL ABOUT POSTURE. :)

    I've been on this diet for about 10 months, lost weight, lost fat, but still keep quite a belly after each meal for a few hours, and as I'm eating 4 times a day to be able to swallow my 3500 kcal/day, I look pregnant most of the time. Oh, and I do exercise and have abs.
    Any tip on how to reduce that belly (due to high volumes of food) ?
