My recommendations for anyone wanting to get fit + stay fit + gain muscle + burn fat is 10g of carbs per kg of bodyweight per day MINIMUM (even on days off) and 1g of carbs per kg of bodyweight per hour when you’re out training. I personally drink enough water so Im pizz’n at least 10 times a day CLEAR and a few times a night. If my urine is yellow or straw, I just knock back a quart and Im good to go.

    Lol 1 chick 1 "Paleo" picture = absolute undeniable scientific proof that vegan is the 1 true religion! Errr I mean diet? It is kind of hard to tell you apart from prosthelytizing evangelicals the way you "prove" something by simply declaring it to be true.

    Heh, overzealous nutjob….fanaticism does not equal legitimacy.   I used to be quite fat and was EXTREMELY unhealthy in maaany ways.  Look at my profile picture now.  Paleo works so long as you aren't doing you best to misunderstand, misrepresent, and cheat your way through it.   I stopped eating carbs and sugar for 5 months, ate plenty every day, whole foods, was never hungry, and lost the 75lbs that I was overweight.  I have now been healthy for 20+ months, no relapse of weight gain, no insane harshness when I started to include some carbs and some sugars again….no negative side effects whatsoever.  I went from 230lbs and unfit, unhealthy, bad skin, and the beginning stages of a few heart issues….to 155 lbs of lean muscle, skin is great, heart is now strong like an ox, and I am happier than I have ever been in my life. Ohh and additionally, if you are doing what you should and eating lots of green veggies….those little guys have carbs in them, good healthy carbs….so even while eating zero pure carb sources, if your eating your veggies, you won't actually be so carbless that you could hurt your organs.  If you are a largely muscled person and lifting heavily you can double down on sweet potatoes, unbleached rices, carb heavy veggies, ect to supply a larger muscle mass while still avoiding wheat crap and refined sugar.  Heh and don't get me started on your extremely special video about parasites from meat…..LOL…."the only way to get rid of them is eeeevil surgery and you all have them!!"  hehe ever heard of diatomaceous earth, slippery elm bark, papaya extract, Cardamom powder, or any of the other variety of supplements that help with situations such as that.  Some of what you say, my friend, is correct….the thing is when you clearly go overboard and are spewing dogmatic "truths" it tends to detract from even the more proper opinions that you have.  Pull it back a few notches there chief, I think you may get more of the actual true information across that way.

    We know, that people that are, "slim" are not always healthy. It would be more compelling to us if your were to show blood panel results. Then I would be more inclined to believe your argument. But this alone is not enough evidence to convince me either way.

    what a bunch of lies. I've been losing almost a pound a day with doing PALEO ALONE! Our bodies are not meant to be vegan. We have the same digestive symptom as a lion would have. We are meant to eat meat! derP.

    I'm not trying to sound like a prick but what was the point of this video? Man if you're trying to educate me, please do so with honest research and tangible facts. Man you sound like such a pretentious prick on the video. Why does every vegan or vegetarian person I know always feel like they have to give meat eaters a guilt trip? Fucken A!

    She looks quite weak and unproportional actually. I wouldn't want my body to look like that, when on a fruit based diet I constantly felt hungry and would binge, feel sluggish and bloated.

    What I would really like to know is what on earth is your true agenda..? You push this shit so hard down people's throats for what reason? is it because you care so much about everyone's eating habits? that your love for every individual is so strong you cant stand them eating protein and want the to carb up for longevity and health?? do you do this in such a manner that you use your shit attitude and piss taking of the people who share different views to yourself?

The vegan in the photos obviously works out. the other photos looks like those girls never lifted a single weight or walked more than 5 feet to grab something from the fridge.
