It's way high in calories Zuzka! My chocolate recipe has only 3 ingredients: 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, 1/4 raw honey or 2 tablespoons of agave (or sweetener of choice), 2 tbsp. of coconut oil (maybe a little more) mix all together until forms a dough like. Place in a container and molded to conforms the shape of container. Freeze for 40mins. Then cut it in pieces. It's delicious and a lot less calories and the chocolate flavor it is amazing!
Zuzka you should try it too!

Since you are a big fan of a low carb high fat diet, what do you think of "Freelee the Banana girl"? She propagates a high carb (which only comes from fruits) and low fat vegan diet.

Would like to know what your thoughts on it 🙂

    xx

Looks good, but not everyone owns a blentec. Why would you say that a regular blender will not do the job to make this? If that's all people own, how are they going to make this recipe? If it won't work with a regular blender than I wouldn't try it out. Pretty pointless to me.
