Hair Loss Spray

A hair loss spray can be quite effective when needing to stimulate your scalp and hair follicles to assist in hair rejuvenation. Often called “root stimulants” or “follicle stimulants”, hair loss sprays have been proven effective in stopping hair loss in the thinning and balding areas on your scalp.

Though the cause of female and male pattern baldness has been associated with a predisposition to genetics, most baldness is in fact caused by an imbalance of hormones.

In women, this hormone imbalance can be caused by pregnancy, childbirth, abnormal menstrual cycle, illness and menopause. While these conditions are generally temporary, leaving the ailment of balding and thinning areas on your scalp untreated can become permanent. Hair loss spray containing hair regrowth stimulating medicines can be effective for the hair regrowth in women.

The primary cause of baldness or thinning of hair for men is an overabundance of the male hormone testosterone. When the levels of testosterone become two elevated, the excess hormone binds with another hormone 5-alpha reductase to form dihydrotestosterone, also known as DHT. This new hormone, DHT makes its way all throughout the body but specifically binds itself to the follicles and hair strands on your scalp.

Once DHT has bound itself to the hair follicles it stops hair production. The existing strand of hair generally stays rooted in the follicle for some time before being broken off or falling out. Because the DHT is present, the normal cycle of beginning regrowth of a new strand is inhibited. The now dormant hair follicle begins to shrink, and if left untreated will begin to go dormant making it impossible to ever grow a strand of hair again.

Most hair growth sprays are effective in restoring and rejuvenating hair growth contain one of two active ingredients, Minoxidil or Tricogen. Both of these medicines have been FDA approved for the use of hair rejuvenation. Different manufacturers use different strengths of these proven medications, so results will vary between individuals.

In summary, hair problems may be a symptom caused by the buildup of bacteria or oil locked deep in the follicles. Hair loss may also be a result of ancestral hereditary, and most medications are not designed to overcome genetics.

Additionally, your losing of hair may be due to essential nutrients and vitamins deficiencies, which may only be averted by changing your diet and starting a regimen of herbal supplements specifically targeted to combat hair loss.

Hair loss sprays can be an effective way to rejuvenate the missing hair on your scalp, especially when used in unison with herbal supplements and scalp stimulating shampoos. Whatever you decide is the proper avenue for your hair regrowth, it’s important to begin attacking the problem as soon as you notice any hair loss. Time is of the essence in staying ahead of the problem before the hair follicles have time to shut down permanently.
