There are several components to fat reduction – exercise, diet, motivation etc.
But probably the key one is actually creating the food you have appealling so you wont be tempted to keep eating additional food too. One resource I found that successfully does this is the Paleo Secret Blueprint (check it out on google) without a doubt the best paleo recipes i've heard of. look at the pictures and super ideas.

    Disgusting
    Please people!
Eat little of good food but don't do fad silly diets
I come from a country where coconuts and its byproducts are eaten often but not with everything and not to make enjoyable desserts or main courses.
Eat good food, don't overeat and enjoy your food by chewing it
Paleo diets like Atkins or other diets just make life less enjoyable if you follow it diligently
In this modern world we have become followers of food laws while disposing of the religious veil it hid behind .

Hi, Dj Peters – You bet! Pineapple is used in this recipe because it's a traditional partner with coconut, but any fresh fruit would be terrific. Experiment and let us know what you try.
