    Hi I have a question! Could I use coconut flour instead of Tapioca Flour? Tapioca has too many carbs and I'm on the keto diet where I can only have 20 carbs a day. Please let me know I really want to make this recipe! Thank you :)

    I made this today, it took forever to cook on my stove on medium heat. Then when it was brown on both sides, it was soggy and gooey on the inside. I put them in the oven and left them in too long, now I have crunchy chips… they taste so good with olive tapenade!
