So Many Diet Scams

There are so many diet scams out there both online and offline that it's natural to be suspicious of every weight loss product that you hear about, particularly one that sounds as great as The Day Off Diet. I mean a diet that lets you eat whatever you want every 7th day? Sounds too good to be true right? A diet that you never have to go hungry on? Again, sounds too good to be true. I understand why you feel cautious about The Day Off Diet.

So The "Day Off" Part Has To Be A Scam, Right?

No. It's not actually. The idea of ‚Äč‚Äčtaking a "day off" from dieting is rooted in the science of the metabolism. The metabolism is basically how fast your body burns calories (and thus burns fat) and the problem with most diets is that the metabolism actually slows down after being on the diet for awhile and makes weight loss harder. Your body will experience a calorie spike on your "day off" which will force it to jump start it's metabolism which will keep you burning fat fast while other diets which do not include the "day off" mechanism will burn fat much slower.

The other benefit of the "day off" is so simple that anyone can understand it. It allows you to satisfy your cravings on a regular basis which makes it easier to stick with the diet on the rest of the days! No diet does you any good if you can not stick with it.

The Day Off Diet Is Not A Scam

It's actually one of the few weight loss programs that really work. Of course like any other program it's up to you to follow it. If you do not follow it, you will not have success, if you do, you will. In the end it always comes down to your will power. Do you want to lose weight bad enough to stop making excuses and to start taking action?
