    Is almond meal = almond flower ? Sorry I am very new to Paleo and I never used almond except for snacking on some "nuts". can anyone provide a baking dish measurement for this bread ? Thank you in advance.

    Great video and it's important that you stated that this bread is a once in a while treat, because consuming such a concentrated amount of almonds and eggs on a daily basis would be really unhealthy. A lot of people on a Paleo diet still try to replicate the foods that they miss, but this is like being vegan and replacing unhealthy meats with unhealthy meat substitutes when there are plenty of other delicious and healthy vegan foods around. The Paleo community should seriously cut back on almond flour, because you'd never be able to eat that many almonds if they were not ground up. Same with smoothies, our ancestors would have never eaten the amount of fruit thrown into the average smoothie in one setting. Anyways, thank you for sharing this recipe, which does indeed look delicious! I just hope people will use common sense ;-)

    why is everything using almonds? ugh nut allergies are pretty common, yet almost every gf recipe has almond meal. gah i would love to rid gluten so I don't die, but now I have to be extra careful because almonds will kill me. :/
