    Sorry I'm not buying this for NOTHING! At the "beginning" you look like a guy who just fell off the wagon and did a few weeks "Supersize" me. When you take off your T-shirt in the very first shot I can already see definition in your torso.. suggesting that you previously worked out and just didn't do it for a space of time. Also your legs are WAAYYYY too defined and strong at the end for someone to have NEVER worked out in their live!!! This may have taken you 10 wks to transform from flabby to fit – but not from NEVER lifted a single weight/worked out to the end result.. (and this is from a woman!)..

    Good for you bro. All I do is 25 slow correct push ups every hour all day long. 100-400(not to sure since I sometimes forget to count. I generally go until I can't anymore) top ab work outs and 20 lower ab work outs every hour or two all day. I do it like that so as to not build up that weirdness that happens when you work out to much and to not blow the muscle out all at once. So I guess I do a slow burn all day. Been doing it for 3 months with cheat days and moderate diet. Taking the slow road myself. Instead of getting ripped in 4-5 months. I want to slowly get there in a year. Probably should mention I am married so I don't have anyone to look good for. Doing it mainly for me. I don't want my dads body.

    have to admit I am amazed…  I use to be trim and fit, now I am older I want to get back my shape and you are young and can maintain it… I need to get going…. but slower… maybe 20 weeks… hey good job..
