3 Paleo Meal Ideas



3 Paleo meal ideas which make great lunches or dinners. They are delicious, healthy and easy to make.

Recipes:

Meal #1, tuna salad:
Arugula
Tuna
Cape gooseberries or cherry tomatoes
Onion
Tomato
Avocado
Anchovies
Chives
Balsamic vinegar, black pepper and olive oil for the dressing.

Meal #2, chicken salad:
Romaine lettuce
Grilled chicken breast
Strawberries
Carrot
Avocado
Olives
Almonds or any nuts you like
Salt, pepper, lime or lemon juice and olive oil for the dressing.

Meal #3, cauliflower rice with chorizo.
1 leek
Chorizo (cooked and chopped into little pieces)
1 cauliflower which has been grated or processed
Cilantro
Lime juice
Turmeric
A little bit of bone broth or water
Salt and pepper
Butter for cooking.

Start cooking the leeks, then add the cauliflower and simmer for about 10 minutes, add turmeric, salt and pepper. Add a bit of water or bone broth to make it more moist, cook it until you get the consistency you want, add the chorizo. Serve with fresh cilantro and lime juice.

    I feel like you're one of those people who isn't appreciated enough. What I mean is that I think a lot of people will be wishing they had watch, listened, and followed you in years from now. lol. Great meals. One of my problems is that I have three very small children who have a hard time eating things like salad etc. They like and eat veggies, but I can't feed it to them uncooked.

    Great meal ideas. Yours is the best channel I have come across in a long time. I am on Paleo because of a hereditary chronic illness that both my 2 sons and I have and watching your channel I feel glad that we can eat this way.

    I wish I could live a paleo lifestyle but I still live with my family and it's so difficult to have the rest of my family comprise eating healthier with me cause their so used to processed food!
