What I Eat In A Day | Paleo | Grocery Haul | Meal Prep | Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes



Hey y’all, welcome to my new channel!

My meals for December 13, 2015

Recipes:

Mashed faux-tatoes-
1 head of cauliflower
4 tablespoons of butter/ coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Pepper to taste

Chicken Thighs-
Preheat oven to 425°F
Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1/4 cup melted butter
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Pepper
Bake for 45 minutes

    Just found your channel love it ! I eat very similar to you. I bought a huge bag of frozen organic cauliflower and was thinking of making cauliflower mashed potatoes. Have you ever tryed cauliflower shepards pie I tryed it once and its so good

    I try to reintroduce carbs after 3 years without them but I keep getting serious depression, anxiety and insomnia everytime I try to get on them. Why on earth do I have problem digesting carbs now?? I'm desperate for a solution. Thanks!

    Wow this is an amazing video, this will defiantly help me get up In the morning to D-Fuse some water and work out! I also like to buy nuts in bulk!! We have so much in coming I think this is going to be a great channel to look at in the morning as I D-Fuse my hot cinnamon ginger bloated tee!
