If we ever have the money I'm definitely going to use American Tuna! For now I'm all about your budget recipes. I want to go back onto keto when/if things start looking up- you've given me MUCH inspiration!

The only tuna here is the major brands or store generic.  No flavored tune and some so bad its crushed or something.  Only packed in water, oil stopped a long time ago.  What's a caper?  Thanks pretty good recipe.

Low-carb, high-fat and moderate protein is the way to go if you want to get into ketosis, which is the optimal hormonal environment to burn body fat. Bottom Line: You need to replace the carbs with real, nutritious foods. To lose weight, stick to meats, fish, eggs, healthy fats and vegetables.
