I've been eating too many carbs lately but generally I just intake carbs before and after working out. I cook my eggs in the morning in coconut oil and in my coffee I use coconut oil as a creamer with raw honey and it's actually quite tasty!!

My fellow workers all follow the “fizy unique plan” (Google it) and they have lost between 9 and 16 pounds each so far. Many people told me Google it along with try it too. As soon as I started following it the weight just decreased 15 lbs.

Would you be able to burn fat as well as put on muscle with this diet? Because if you were to lower your carbs to a point where you are using fat as a fuel source, would you still be able to gain muscle by increasing your caloric intake with proteins and fats?
