    you've given me a tremendous amount of inspiration. I have pcos as well. then again who doesn't nowadays right smh. seems like we all have it which sucks. but I have lowered my carbs and no sugar.

    I love these recipes! I am pescetarian so I just add a vegetarian meat substitute or fish, but I really like that you have healthy low carb meals with lots of veggies. Most low carb recipes are just full of heavy cream and bacon :(

    Love this! I want to go more low-carb low-sugar/paleo—but I can't stand the thought of eating pounds and pounds of egg scrambes. That's all my roommate eats lol.
