This is PERFECT! I couldn't have asked for a better recipe at this time! My girlfriend and I are doing the ketogenic diet together, primarily for experimentation, but after 2 weeks in, I can see how it may get boring. I would love more "keto-friendly" or low-carb recipes like this! Thanks!

I started eating low carb/high protein the past 6 mths and have lost over 70lbs. I'll definitely be making this. Thanks for keeping your recipe ingredients inexpensive and pretty much already in my panty. No fancy, one time use ingredients.

I try to keep my carbs to 100g a day. So not strictly low carb. I am going to give this recipe a try. My concern is how tough is the egg wrap? Is it going to fall apart after a few bites if I eat it handheld?

I'm carb cycling right now. 5 days/week with nothing but veggies and 2 refeed days. I'm prepping for a beach vacation next month, and it can't get here soon enough. You grow a real appreciation for carbs when you are at the end of a refeed day and realize it'll be 3 more days before you can eat one again.
