Homemade Meat and Cheese Lasagna the ultimate Italian Style Comfort Food! BUT if you’re on a low carb, ketogenic, gluten or wheat free diet, lasagna is off limits due to the noodles. But not anymore and NO this lasagna is NOT made with zucchini for the noodles, but actual ‘cheesy noodles’ that look and feel almost like real noodles, but they’re more delicious! This lasagna recipe is absolutely delicious, whether you’re on a low carb, keto, gluten free diet or not!

    I am a heart patient at duke hospital NC. And have been put on low carb diet by 1 of the leading heart surgeon in the country . So to mr clyde- outdoor-products you don't have to eat the whole thing .this is a outstanding recipe with amazing taste . Vary harty being low carb is so limited it is great well done wolfpit

    What a brilliant idea; 2 pounds of artery and colon clogging cheese to avoid a few carbs. To the viewers that think this is a good idea: Low carb diets aren't healthy. Remember the Atkins diet? A ton of people had kidneys shutting down and heart disease. This is like eating a tub of margarine to avoid a cube of butter. Just because it's different, doesn't mean it's healthy… Lowcarb, yes; healthy, FUCK no.

    I bet some nice thick and round Portobello Mushrooms would be great in this recipe too. I like Eggplant as well. It looks great just like it is, but I would add the mushrooms just because I love them so much. If you want to make it real healthy, you can incorporate some Tofu in that cheese mixture instead of the cream cheese. Just a thought…However,

    I think this looks great but I do not see how it is any healthier without the macaroni. I just love good food and do not care about low carbs (really, all that cheese you called noodles?) but it looks great and I will try it. Everything in moderation.

    Little idea i had, to reduce the fat content of your cheese noodles…How about some cooked chopped up cauliflower? I've seen people making pizza crust with those…just an idea. Thx for your vids WolfePit, Peace!

    Onion could never sweat like that argh. It's so hard for me to deal with lol. Can't handle undercooked onion. I'm guessing the 1-2 hours would help but still. I'm a freak though
