KETO PANCAKE RECIPE | 3 NET CARBS | LOW CARB/KETOGENIC DIET RECIPES



In this video, I share a new keto pancake recipe I came up with. I wanted nice fluffy delicious pancakes.

Heather’s Hotcakes Recipe: (Keto/Low Carb)

1/4 c. Almond Meal/Flour
1/4 c. Oat Fiber
1/2 t. Psyllium Husk Powder
1/2 t. Baking Powder
1/2 c. Unsweetened Cashew Milk
1 Egg
Dash Salt
1/8 t.-1 t. Sweetener to Taste

Mix ingredients and cook batter into pancakes size of your choice.

    Thank you very much for this video.  Pancakes are definitely loved in this household and I was getting a little worried about how to provide some for my family and not have them revolt out of hunger for carbs.  Yay!  I think I'll also look into making my own almond milk to use instead of cashew milk.  From what I understand, it's incredibly easy according to a few videos I've seen.  You just soak freshly ground almonds in water overnight, drain the "milk" and then dehydrate the almond meal for use in recipes.  I'll give it a try as I wonder if the almond milk freezes well, too.  Excellent idea about adding a bit of salt and sweetener to the "milk" to make it taste like real dairy.

    OMGoodness heather! I remember you from my one year raw orjanics50nraw channel. I just stumbled across your video. I'm glad to see you back on youtube.     They're so fluffy, I'm gonna die!! They look great. I'm going to try them this morning but with a different milk because I don't have cashew milk. I've tried A LOT of other keto recipes to no avail. I'll report my opinion later. Thanks for sharing.
