I’m not a nutritionist. But recently, I’ve been getting into eating lower amounts of processed carbs (not a carb free diet, but lower amounts of it). I can’t help it. I love my carbs, LOL. And since I can’t give it up, I did some research and found this. I’ve been making this in bulk recently for whenever i crave for a sandwich or something. And it’s an amazing substitute. Give it a try!

3 eggs, separated
3 tablespoons cream cheese full or low fat
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar/ baking powder
1 packet or 1 gram sweetener/ sugar

it's hard to understand you. you USE S INSTEAD of t or d. Like when you say and, it sounds like ans, Turkey is surkek. Done is sone, definitely is sefinitely, sweetener is sweesener substitute is susbisute. is that enough? It took a minute for me to understand. Sorry. I have heard celebrities talk like this too. Is this some sort of speech trend? The bread looks good, by the way.

Cream of Tartar for the egg whites-not baking soda/powder. Beat with a cold electric whip & bowl-stainless steel or glass (kitchen aid is the best/fastest!) til stiff. Make sure there is no egg yolk in it! Plain old sugar-@1 spoonful, so yes you can do without.

So you say you used only 1/4 tsp of baking power? I have looked several times and it looks like more. Even when you poured it out of the small bowl. Just want to make sure.

    Thanks
    Nathan
