Looks good Tess. Must try this. Have done something similar that has cooked rice in it called cabbage roll casserole. Yeah that is what happens when I don't have the patience to peel whole leaves off a cabbage, Ya know when you get those big cabbages in the fall, I call them the cabbage from hell and end up making a few different meals and slaw out of it. I betcha ground pork, chopped green apple, onions and a bag of coleslaw mix would go well to.

Tess, this is a wonderful creation in my eyes because, not only is it low in carbs, but it looks crazy delicious! I love how you put the Chinese spin on it with the soy and oyster sauces! Genius!! I put this on my favorites list! Thank you!

Hey, Tess! 🙂 Once again, this is a really tasty-looking idea! Nice and filling . . . simple and inexpensive to make . . . and even low carb! I can visualize different ways of making this too: different meats (or vegan), different spices, etc. Thanks very much and thumbs up as always, your damp and chilly buddy, Norfolk Joe xoxx 🙂
PS do you think Spring will ever get here? <lol> ;-)
