Dash of Parsley & Oregano
3/4 cup Tomato Sauce
Handful fresh Spinach

    Made this tonight, might just recommend straining the cauliflower "rice" with a towel or rag just because my crust was slightly more moist than I would have liked, so next time I'll probably give that a try. Other than that, great recipe and it tastes great!

    Thank you buff dude for this easily explained recipe! I'm not a buff dude I'm a a lady trying get in shape lol. I made this for me and my man for lunch amazing!!! I though I wouldn't be able to enjoy pizza but thanks to you we will enjoy food with out the guilt thanks again!

    I am a very large man, trying to drop some weight.  I live a sedentary life, that I dislike, but am unable to avoid because I am disabled.  I have absolutely no cartilage in either of my knees.  I made the decision to go on a diet for the next couple weeks, and have a upper body work out schedule from my doc.  All he said about my diet, is that I should eat dense veggies (celery, carrots, parsnips etc.) and lean protein, which I am fine with, but I need a few recipes that my wife will enjoy (as she is doing this with me).  Any suggestions?  TY for the vid.  GG

    Is it me or every time he was like "Im going to enjoy this low carb pizza" it seemed like he was trying to convince himself that it would be good, cause damn ain't no pizza taste better then the real thing lol
