    Hey Rachel, I have a question: I need to gain weight so this is the complete opposite of this video but I really need some advice.
    I've recently decided to do some exercices but I don't know what sport to choose because I don't want to loose weight. When I was a child, I did some dance and all the sport at school. Since I work, I have stopped everyting and I have lost all my muscles… So what sport do you recommend me ? I have a preference for practicing outside, I have tried fitness but didn't really like it … Thank you so much <3

    the corn and peas are kinda high glycemic,… otherwise everything there looks FANtastic!!!!Totally inspired to go home and do a bit more meal prep I was good up until I got sick on thursday, then I just ate oranges. thank you for your videos. Love you mama. cheers!

    Just want to let you know ,carrots lentils corn and peas are not low in carbs,not sayin they are bad for you but they are not low in most peeps low carb eating.But then maybe you eat super low carbs in your other meals.But thanks for the vid anyway.

    Brilliant brilliant brilliant! I especially love how the frozen veg will cook but not be overcooked when the meal is reheated. I usually keep everything separate and assemble when it's time to eat, but I like your method better :)
