    I've made this several times and it's really good. Even better if you wait a day to eat it because somehow the cauliflower taste completely disappears.

    We tried this for one of our diabetic clients in a group home. She loved it! Easy to do. Just lightly run a knife through the cooked cauliflower. It really does look like chopped up potatoes. Thanks for the recipe!

    Looks good. Not sure why folks are scared of carbs these days. It's a fad that'll fade. Just need to track your total calories and keep your fats below .25 grams per pound of body fat

    I have used cauliflower for years as a replacement for mashed potatoes. Cut in potato salad–how wonderful. Thank you for the demonstration and recipe. I will definitely try this.
