Cauliflower is really a great sub. after a year on Lc/ keto . It seems to take on what ever flavor you mix it with . I did chili & put it in place of beans , it was amazing . Some time's I lightly brown it first , before adding it to my concoctions . That give's it another different texture /flavor .. This look's Yummy going to buy some ingredients  :)

Loving these videos! Going to try all your low carb recipes very soon. Can you consider making a video on low carb brownies that will taste good. I haven't found anything that is good tasting and satisfying. Thanks

or low carb and high fat meal try using regular pork rinds and use a food processor to turn them into bread crumbs. Batter chicken thighs or whatever just like you would frying food and use the pork rinds crumbs as your batter plus egg wash so it can stick.

I am loving this low carb series Larry. Since the first of the year, I have had to almost eliminate all carbs from my diet. So, I am definitely going to give this recipe a whirl.

This does look delicious! I'm not worried about carbs myself, but I will certainly give this a try. I'm always looking for new ways to use cauliflower in recipes. 🙂 Thanks for sharing this, Larry!

I've been wanting to try both Cauliflower mash and rice, but I usually only buy frozen Cauliflower. Do you think after thawing it out I could use it? This looks delicious Wolfe as always your recipes are awesome! This series is great. Are you going to bring back "What are we eating"? I hope so I really enjoyed that, but if it con flicks with your diet than it's all good to leave it alone. TFS & TC :)

Good for you, Wolfie! 🙂 (I'm a confirmed "carbo-holic" myself 🙁 <sigh> ) Your version of this classic recipe looks amazingly tasty and just as comforting as using rice . . . so once again, you did a super job. Dayem! Thanks so much and thumbs up as always, your buddy and fellow Virginian, Norfolk Joe ;-)

I used to add splenda to my food all the time ha, wow I was really surprised to see you do that!! I switched over the stevia because of all the hubbub about splenda being unhealthy blah blah blah. …..but wow hahaa… no I just never saw anyone else do that besides me hahahaha.
