Paillard is a method of cooking that pounds the meat flat, which tenderizes it and speeds cooking time. This chicken is sliced in half, and then pounded with a heavy object until thin. This method also tenderizes the chicken at the same time.

Diet Plan known as Fenoboci Diet Plan kept showing up here on many youtube and I thought they were scam. However after my buddy followed it , and finally lost a ton of weight by using it without starving himself.I'm persuaded. you should not take my word for it, search for Fenoboci Diet Plan on the internet.

I'm definitely making this in a few days. Just a suggestion: instead of adding to our plastic waste problems with ziplock baggies, perhaps use parchment or wax paper? I'm not anti plastic, rather just trying to cut back for our children's world.

I made this tonight and OMG it was so good! I did change it up a little bit, like I removed enchilada sauce and used 0 everything but 25 or 35 mg of sodium taco bell home originals mild taco sauce and I added garlic powder, cumin and hot chili powder to it and set aside till ready.  I didn't have whole breasts either I had tenders, but made no difference.  This was so good though! Thanks for sharing all these recipes!

Atkins diet and cutting the access fat of the chicken breast?!! Why not using chicken leg instead? It has more fat. Read the book one more time dude, and good luck.

This is my favorite meal, out of all I have made over the weeks.  My son said it smells like walking into a really good restaurant!  I make him some basmati rice and put his chicken on top of it. YUMMY.

Made this dish last week and it was fabulous! Easy to prepare, and great flavor! My husband had a stomach virus and wasn't able to enjoy it with me, so I'm making it again tonight…it was *that* good! Thanks for yet another great recipe, Kent! Haven't made one yet that we didn't love!
