Well, I just needed an excuse to eat pork rinds.

Really liking the other options, except the celery… I hate celery. Anyone have any ideas what I substitute that with?

Btw, I notice that many of these recipes seem to have high sodium. Is there any special reason? Someone below said something about sodium, and the keto diet.

I'm not having a go at you, ProteinChef, I'm just curious. I know how hard it can be, to try to please people, for cheap. Thanks.

Man I am so glad I found this channel. Been working out a lot this year but my diet has not been the best. I have already made two of your recipes and I feel good about what I am putting into my body. Thanks!

Guilty pleasure. I like potato chips. I have been giving them a pass though I will eat them, but only after weighing them, and in context of my full day's eating. I do miss that crunch. I will have a look at the pork rinds 🙂 but it would be interesting if there are chips or crackers or general "crunch" foods that are like potato chip only nut-free, low carb/high protein with 30% or less of calories from fats.
