    Great video ! Although I have a question . I've heard from another youtuber that if you go on a low carb diet , your mornings Boner will disappear , and your libidos with it . Due to testosterone level changes . What do you think about it?

    Just started on the diet doctor lchf diet, after 1 week, I lost 6lbs, amazing having bacon and eggs breakfast and all the stuff I love like pates, with low carb bread. Looking forward to a new start and no more low-fat diets where I gain even more weight and ended up miserable.

    Just discovered your channel and your videos. Love how you break things down for us. You explain things in a way that is easily understandable. And, you seem to really know what you are talking about. So, I subscribed to your channel. And, plan on watching more and more of your videos. I've already lost 10 lbs. in the last week and a half by doing low carbs. Just not sure that I am doing it the right way. Been eating a LOT of fat (bacon, sausage, and things like that). And, very little plant based foods or fruits (which I know I shouldn't completely get rid of).     Good stuff! I've been LCHF for a couple of years now and feel better at 50 than I did at 30 on the 'normal' diet.
    One thing I have noticed is that mood is very much improved by fat. I breakfast on a bulletproof coffee, followed by a couple of full cream coffees and that sets me up for the day and makes me feel calmer, more content.
