    I recently google to learn more about a diet program I actually heard about via a good friend who just shed a whopping 18 lbs! I Googled the “fizy unique plan” right away to know more about this.

    low carb worked for me was 400lbs now at a modest 165 (am a 5 feet 8 male). Keeping below 30-35 grams of carbs, 3 meals and 2 snacks a day with cycling or walking for an hour 4 days a week. If you want to have a cheat on a low carb day, it has to be rare (I use fortnightly) and it is after a day of alot of exercise (usually cycling for an extra half hour and some DDP Yoga as well) but the cheat day can only be a day or weight will start to creep up again.


    Thank you For this video I lost 30 pounds since March in 3 months with low carb high fight and since May 3 months ago I've consistently kept it up . For 3 months I've been stalled. Still working out a lot. I wished I would have switched two months ago but now I will try clean eating

    You might want to also take into consideration that the chemicals in processed food might also be part of the reason for why you felt like you had food poisoning. Your body had gotten use to cleaner eating and those chemicals bombarded your system. What do you think?

    Key to low carb diet is maintaining high fat, 65-75% and moderate protein of 25%. This is sustainable long term and very easy. Your body has no carb requirement and fruits were designed for winter fat storage.

    any kind of dieting you do, when your body gets use to it, it just stops…. it's either you keep on going but it will take a while again for it to start working, or you could just do another routine

    Hi! I recently found your channel, I'm very happy that you're incorporating carbs into your diet. The reason you felt deprived on a low card diet was probably because you were actually deprived haha. The human body thrives off of glucose, which you get from carbohydrates. As long as you have carbs with low fat and low sodium, you can really eat as many carbs as you want and feel great. Carbs give you energy and that's what our bodies need to thrive and function in our every day life. And when we are depriving it of what it needs, we usually crash. I would recommend a high-carb low-fat vegan lifestyle. I've been vegan for 4 months and I feel incredible. I have more energy then ever, and I've also lost a lot of weight in the process. My intentions through this comment is not to offend you or tell you that what your doing is bad, but hopefully give some insight and maybe explain what might have happened in your low carb diet.

    You might want to look into a diet called "Carb Nite Solution". It is basically denying yourself carbs for about a week and have a cheat day. This smells primes you body for burning fat by not allowing you blood insulin level to platue

    Have you tried Carb Cycling? Basically you do for example 5 days low carb 1 day high 1 day medium carbs and so on. Low carb dieting can have a lot of advantages it can help your body regulate your insuline levels but it can also lower your fat burning hormones so on your high carb days you sort of spike up your fat burning hormones again. You should try it :)

    I just see your Vlog…. Carb up and do sport and you gonna make It for sure. Eat a lot of green, some rice, sweet potatoles and fruits. stop sheet méal It is not good for your inside body and your général health!!…. Hope That help you.
