I cut down fat intake to max 20% daily. I eat whatever I want as long as there is 0-5% in it. I eat all of the delicious fresh bread I want and I maintain my ideal weight with no straining or problems. And I'm 60 years of age. LOL

Man hodgetwins, I disagree w you here. Low carb diet doesn't mean tons of protein. You can fill it with fats. Of all kinds. Namely Saturated and Monounsaturated fats, w supplemented omega 3s. Polyunsaturated fats cause inflammation in excess and Trans fats are obviously bad. But fats are calories dense and delicious to eat! The reason people can't handle a low carb diet is due to glucose Dependance and hunger cravings. Adapt your body to fats and you will have Lazer focus energy throughout the day. Not to mention plenty of calories.

I came here to watch the video again because I couldn't pay attention to it the first time since I was donating plasma. Now I'm on a cardio machine burning some calories. Thanks for posting the video. It was very informative.

I think to loose a bunch of fat right now I'll stick with IF+LC until I get to my weight goal and then start adding more carbs back in. I've tried everything and LC was the only thing that helped me loose fat.

The more I watch your videos the more I like you guys. You do crack me up.
I just have one question for you two…… And that is what is your 2cents opinion about this Canadian guy with the Lamborghini , Gregory something….? I really want to see a video if you could?

Lmao about how following a low carb diet makes you dangerous to other people. Good video thanks. Listening to you guys takes me down south visiting relatives. I enjoy

It's pretty simple. If you are a weight trainer or very sthletic, high carb and low fat works best. For those who don't exercise as much, high fat, low carb works best.

This video has good advice, but I'm confused about the best diet plan which i need to use, only because I have never used any. Anybody tried the Fenoboci Diet Plan? I have noticed some people talk about amazing things about Fenoboci Diet Plan.

Just to clarify for the twins. They felt like shit mainly because they were at a big caloric deficit AND they weren't used to the diet either. Once your body re-adapts to the low-carb life AND you have enough calories, your workouts wont suffer.
