High carb diet might be ok for those who are in the gym regularly, but it's definitely not for those that aren't exercising much because it will make you stay at the same weight or make you gain. I lost a lot of weight on a low carb + intermittent fasting diet with low to moderate amount of exercise per week.

Don't forget to mention that your meats and eggs and fish MUST come from free range, organic, wild caught, GMO feed and hormone and antibiotic free. And fruits and vegetables should be organic. Avoiding grains, dairy, legumes and all sugars is best practice.

30 minutes to explain… How doctors don't know their business and how diabetics should refrain from consuming what obviously was making them ill.
And annoying as hell like this interviewer felt the need to "validate" or "punctuate" her all the time.

My daughter drinks lots of water and urinates with the same rate, there are no other symptoms to show if those have anything to do with diabetes. This is a good information that I have gone through. [Go Here=== https://www.fb.com/BeHealthiest/app/190322544333196/ ]. She is 2 years 9 months, hale and healthy, have not done any blood test. But I am not certain if one can get diabetes at such a tender age. Please I will like to know more on that.

Low carb is great. I can eat 2 slices of bacon + 2 eggs and be full for 10 hours. A bowl of rice kept me full for a hour. And vegans say that plant based keeps you slimmer… lol.

Wonderful success! I can not tell you enough about how wonderful the “loli special plan” is. If you aren’t familiar with it, search for it on Google. You’ll be surprised by exactly what you learn.

Much relief after going through this stuff [Go Here :https://www.fb.com/BeHealthiest/app/190322544333196 ].Stress no doubt affects my blood sugar levels. Taking a walk usually help bring them down. Eating sweets is not my favorite, but if i take a large portion of them, my blood sugar level rises high. I think it's the high concentration of the glucose flowing into the bloodstream all at once. This is a lesson worth taking note of. This is a great material to learn from.

For those who believe that a strict vegetarian diet works… you are right. For those who think low carb works, you are also right. You see, both diets are effective. The reason behind this is simple. Our bodies need fuel and there are two types of fuel, fats and carbohydrates. If you feed your body both, your body will use the one that takes less energy to metabolize, which are the carbs.
If you consume both carbs and fats, the body will use the carbs first and store the fat on your ass for emergency use and flood your blood with lipids. However, if you eliminate carbs, your body will adapt to using fats for energy, thus taking the fat off our ass, arteries and using it for energy. This causes weight loss. However, vegetables must be added for proper nutrition. Vegetables are actually low net carb. Once weight loss goal is obtained, the diet must be balanced between lean meat and vegetables. The main cause of obesity and diabetes in western culture, especially in the US is the obsession with bread and cereals and the lie being perpetrated by the USDA who in fact oversee the grain industry. This is not a "Conspiracy" piece about the grain industry, just the facts. I encourage everyone to do research, live healthy, love , live and be at peace….

Vernon engaged in sneaky behavior to avoid taxes, but she also made some stupid mistakes.

"Under her direction, she created her sham company and arranged for her domestic partner to purchase her own residence in order to keep it within her control and power. Her domestic partner unwittingly became her pawn. When attempts were made to take her house in order satisfy her debts, the house had already become the property of the corporation, thus frustrating that attempt.

It all began unravel, however, when the couple applied for a loan at University National Bank. Either because she was foolish or because she was desperate, Vernon supplied the lender with copies of her tax returns. The problem was that there were discrepancies between Vernon's provided copies and the copies the bank got from the IRS."

You Guys need to understand that at the end of day it's also about calories. Just because you're on a low carb diet it doesn't mean you will lose fat. If you're in a caloric surplus you will still get fat. So chances are that she has a lot of surpluses while being on the 20 carbs a day. You can eat healthy but if you eat more calories then you burn. You will get fat. No matter what diet you choose. You looking for fat loss you do need to count your calories or else how are you gonna know if you're in the right track to losing weight. Unless you're morbidly obese then chances are you just need to cut on the shit you eat and you will lose weight.

remember that cooked veggies are higher in carbs ……example: raw onions are ok ..but fried onions are pretty much sugar…..didn't realize this til i wouldn't get into ketosis even eating 10 net grams a day…..cuz I'd be having steak and fried onions !! …..and it was a reg serving of beef so it wasn't that I ate to much protein that can also take you out of ketosis. …. I wonder why cooked veggies have more carbs….even boiled.

Hmm…She swears by the low carb diet, yet she is definitely overweight. That is because this is a load of bullshit. CARB THE FUCK UP. GO VEGAN. That's how you get results. If the doctor is unhealthy, how the hell can they give you health advice?

Fat doesn't promote insulin secretion because fat causes insulin resistance. Fat competes with the same receptor site as insulin on the cell, which means that sugar is unable to get out of the bloodstream into the cells after a high fat meal.
On the flipside, carbs raise insulin but also raise insulin sensitivity which means that the sugar is mopped up more efficiently from the bloodstream. I must add this has to be in the presence of low fat.
The absolute worst foods to eat are those with 50% fat and 50% sugar because they cause a blood sugar spike as well as insulin resistance. What foods have this 50/50 ratio? Ice cream, glazed donuts, French fries and a whole manner of other processed foods… and therein lies the obesity epidemic.

This is NOT a quick weight loss way of eating..sorry folks. This lady's body leveled off after a while. If she chose to cut her grams of carbs a little more to 15 rather than 20 she may have lost more but if she is in better health, which I am by doing this, then what is the problem. Good optimum health is a goal for some on this way of eating. I have lost 25 lbs. I am overweight, but I no longer have to worry about cholesterol and my Rheumatoid Arthritis markers are in normal range in my blood work. My blood pressure is much lower. My health gain is much more important to me than weight loss. We are too obsessed in America about being stick thin. It's preposterous.
