    Wow ok so what took 18 mins and a graph to say can be said in 10 sec and no graph and no unhealthy eating habits. Switch to high carb low fat plant based lifestyle. Your body will regulate itself and fat loss will be permanent. Always no more fat issues no worrying about what to eat each day.

    after a carb load, when you start going into the low carb 5 day cycle, is it normal to lose a lot of weight? Is that due to loss of glycogen? Because what i noticed is that after I carb load for 2 days, then start low carbing for the next 5 days, i find that I lose a lot more weight than I want (3 pounds in that 5 day vs 1 pound). Is this due to the glycogen loss? (FYI: I am always at a 400 calorie deficit)

    the sheer number(and repetition) of cheap marketing gimmicks in this video is pretty ridiculous. i know you think you learned how to structure your title blah blah blah, address the problem, use shit like "x simple rules" , "instant", "fix" to grab ppl's attention, sure. but pounding them over and over and over again is counterproductive, it just becomes annoying after you repeat all those marketing keywords the Nth time =
