Great video, Just subscribed :)… I have been on keto for 4mths now, initially I lost 9lbs of water, then would drop a couples pounds and gain it back, back and forth. I was on T2 meds and took myself off as I was VERY sick with all of them, made my BS high as well. Since on the keto I have gotten 3 "flues" like I said still weight issues and BS was dropping really NICE but started to rise again a little and felt really sick. I am much better today but not understanding (besides some stress) what I am doing wrong…. I eat MAYBE 20g of carbs a day but all from veggies and on occasion almond flour pancakes. I also have FMS and CFS. Please help me @Just In Health

While on the “fizy unique plan” diet plan (Google it), a number of my workmates lost more than 15 lbs! Following hearing about their results, I decided to research this plan on google for myself, and I lost bodyweight myself as soon as I started out following the “fizy unique plan”.

Burning off that last 15 lbs of fat seemed like not possible challenge until I tested the “fizy unique plan” (Google it). Lookup the “fizy unique plan” on Google for yourself and see how easy it can be. You`ll like it, trust me.

My co-worker advised me to do a simple Google search on this diet program, "fizy unique plan". I took his tips and followed it. The actual result was just overwhelming. I actually lost 12 pounds.

Extremely informative, thank you. Stress, poor lifestyle and high carbs make you fat. Eating more
fats, especially saturated fats, to the degree that you are in ketosis, makes you lean and happy.

Amazing success! I can not say enough about how great the “loli special plan” is. If you are not familiar with it, search for it on Google. You’ll be amazed by just what you discover.

Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to learn about

LOL cmon doc, why would the glucose molecules be outside the cells? why wouldnt they be able to get in? we know you know the answer. fat in the bloodstream is inhibiting the insulin from effectively moving the glucose into the cell. this is accepted fact. why not just say it?

Has anyone ever seen a fat cheetah? Or a fat tiger? They don't eat toast….they eat fat and meat all day everyday. We have only been eating grains for the last 1500 years or so. Before that…we just ate meat and foraged for our greens.

There are 3 factors in fat loss – exercise, diet, and motivation.
One place I found which successfully combines these is the Triple trim formula (check it out on google) definately the best diet that I have ever heard of.
Check out all the before and after pictures and extraordinary reviews.

I was very skeptical to try it but .Weight loss green store tea is simply amazing!, Well, let me tell you, it was SO worth the price! I've been drinking it for about 3 weeks. The first week I only drank it twice a day and missed a day or 2 in there due to not remembering. That first week I lost only about 3 lbs. The second week I've been drinking it three times a day for the most part and have lost about 6-7 lbs more than the 1st week, for a total of about 10 lbs in the first 3 weeks. I found it from Weight loss green store!!

very easy to understand info doc thank you, ive been diabetic for 5 -6 years now, and have panic attacks too. the symptoms of a panic attack are very similar to a low sugar experience. how can i help myself to differentiate between the two?

well you sound really smart and all but a whole foods plant based diet consisting MOSTLY of carbohydrates actually improves insulin resistance, and aids in fat loss. You can go on PubMed and find countless studies showing that the cause of insulin resistance is a diet high in fat, and in sulfur containing amino acids, and low in carbohydrates. So I say instead of turning diet into some big fucking mystery you should instead just do what your mother always told you, which is eat your fucking fruits, and vegetables!

The quality of this abundant food is over processed and the soils lacking. The synthetic reproduction of these chemicals is less than desirable as presented in modern food. May as well be taking pills and hooked up to an IV. Very interesting and helpful Video … TY

This reasoning is not complete. You are missing the fact that cells are coated with fat creating this insulin resistance. The human race hasnt evolved to be insulin resistant just through the 20th century.

Brain does not use much glucose?
Brain. Glucose is virtually the sole fuel for the human brain, except during prolonged starvation. The brain lacks fuel stores and hence requires a continuous supply of glucose. It consumes about 120 g daily, which corresponds to an energy input of about 420 kcal (1760 kJ), accounting for some 60% of the utilization of glucose by the whole body in the resting state. Much of the energy, estimates suggest from 60% to 70%, is used to power transport mechanisms that maintain the Na+-K+ membrane potential required for the transmission of the nerve impulses. The brain must also synthesize neurotransmitters and their receptors to propagate nerve impulses. Overall, glucose metabolism remains unchanged during mental activity, although local increases are detected when a subject performs certain tasks.
