    Once i researched the “fizy unique plan” on google, the results I came across convinced me to try this! I started out shedding pounds almost straightaway. My mate tried this guide and shed 10 lbs!

    Using a ketogenic diet is a very effective diet for weight loss but it is not as healthy in the long run as a well rounded diet that includes carbohydrates. It severely limits the intake of antioxidants, soluble and insoluble fibers, plant sterols, carotenoids, xanthophylls, flavonoids, and it exposes you to greater amounts of substances that biomagnify through the food chain if you are eating more animal products.

    I personally lost 50 pounds eating keto and got abs. This was not sustainable. My brain and body ravenously craved carbohydrate. I gained back 25 pounds. I decided to get abs again and this time I ate a well rounded healthy diet high in unprocessed whole foods that included tons of carbhydrates. I now have abs, eat tons of healthy food, and don't limit my intake of any nutrient.

    All large healthy human populations through history lived on starch based diets.

    again I am a beginner thankyou for the videos they inspire me  . . . I'm 5'8 and 195lbs and a size 14/16 (uk) which is I think is 10/12 (us). . . I have done 2 days and lost 1 and 1/4 pounds yay . . . I am agoraphobic so don't go out and my flat is to small to exercise and coz of my meds I sleep 14 hours per day/night I was just wondering if I can lose weight with no exercise

    ThAnks for your videos! I'm a beginner and your vids are helping me a lot. You have addressed some of my personal challenges. I've made mistakes but am learning as I go and am losing inches and pounds in spite of some of my goofups….hidden sugars…dried fruit…not all almond milk is the same….veggies have carbs…etc!! Rule of thumb for me for now…count carbs and stay under 20 per day.
