    After being told during my annual check up that I needed to lose some weight if I wanted to avoid cardiac complications, I immediately complied. I do 30 minutes of cardio a day and I make sure that I take this Weight loss green store tea faithfully. At first, I skipped some doses, and the results were minimal. But after I started taking it as directed, the results were very visible and seeing yourself losing weight is a very rewarding experience.
